Information we collect
When you book a reading, purchase a course, or subscribe to Snail Mail, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, mailing address (for shipped items), preferred appointment date and time, and any notes you choose to share. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix), so we never see or store your card details.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and fulfill your booking, send confirmation and reminder emails, deliver purchased products and course access, respond to your messages, and send occasional updates if you've opted in. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Email communications
You'll receive a confirmation email after booking and a reminder before your appointment. When you make a purchase, the site owner is notified so your booking can be fulfilled. You can opt out of any non-essential emails at any time by replying or contacting us.
Accounts & access
Some features (like the digital course and your bookings list) require a free account. Your account lets you view your own bookings and course progress. We use row-level security so each user can only see their own records.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted services to run the site: our hosting platform (Base44) for the website and database, and our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix) for checkout. These providers process data under their own privacy policies to deliver their services.
Data retention
We keep booking and purchase records for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to any follow-up questions. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.
Video readings & recordings
For your comfort and reference, video readings may be recorded. These recordings are kept private and are never shared with anyone else without your explicit written permission. If you'd prefer your session not be recorded at all, just let me know before we begin and I'll happily honor that.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. Bookings for minors may be made by a parent or guardian who contacts us first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
